Rule #11

If a very large (VERY large) woman approaches you at the gym and proclaims that the machine that you have been using for years is actually hers, do not argue. Let her have it. Any opposition you raise may, in fact, invoke a Chris Brown-esque response. Seriously. Take satisfaction in knowing that she needs it much, much more than you do.

Amen sister! Nobody wants that karma if she doesn't lose weight and has a heart attack because they wouldn't give her "HER" machine back...

Haha :)

this happens to me all the time (well...not with large women). But I'll be on a weight machine, and some big guy will come up and ask if he can get on. Because obviously I'm goofing off on it, not doing anything productive.

I always tell myself, next time this happens I'm going to say NO and tell him he can wait. But I never do. I chicken out. I don't want to start a fight :-/

Hahahahaa!!!!

I saw a guy at the gym wearing jean shorts and a tight polo the other day, it made me think of your lists :) And then the next day, I saw a chick wearing sweat pants, a wool stocking hat, gloves, and...a tank top! What the heck??

I'm thinking that if she's that large & it's been "her machine for years"--do you really want it? I mean, no offense, but clearly, it's not working!!!

you know, I was actually enjoying your blog until I came to this post. It seems wildly innappropriate--first you are obviously making fun of a fat woman, and then you joke about domestic violence with your Chris Brown reference? Do you really mean to be so cruel?
