1. Sometimes your body will shut down on you and force you to get sleep. It can be a very good thing.
2. When you earnestly seek the heart and will of God, He will reveal Himself to you.
3. Just because you think you have reached emotional closure over something, does not mean that you have. You'll be surprised when the scab is ripped away to realize it isn't hasn't healed yet.
4. The people the Lord places in your life are there for a reason. Every time. Even if you can't see it at that moment.
5. Consequently, the people in my life right now are beyond amazing and some of the most uplifting, supportive and encouraging that I've ever met.
6. I can force myself to smile through lots and lots and lots of things no matter how beat down I am.
7. Worry is as much a sin as adultery, lying and idolatry. It's also my greatest struggle.
8. Scripture is alive and moving.
9. Gym-bound resolutioners are every bit as irritating to me this year as they were last year.
10. When I get excited about something, it completely consumes my thoughts (cough*photoshoot*cough)

Worrying is one of my greatest struggle! Thank gosh for Lexapro!
Great post! Worrying is my biggest problem!
this post was just great- know what you mean about worrying- it's like, just do something instead of festering. grrrre.
and those resolutioners at the gym have just got to go. I've got a relationship with a certain treadmill- it does more justice than others. I think.
have too much fun tmrw doll- you deserve it! remember to take a second to drink it all in and bask in it- cherish that memory!

Great post! I am also a worry-wart! It is a major struggle of mine as well. I am reading a book called "All I Need is Jesus and A Good Pair of Jeans" by Susanna Aughtmon. It is awesome (and there is a great chapter on worry). I highly recommend checking it out!
I'm struggling today - and I really needed a post like this :)
Thank you my friend!!
Amen, amen, amen! This is wonderful. I worry all the time too. Thankfully I've been able to work on it a bit but it's crazy how much it can tear you down.
What an amazing post. And it seems like you have had a rather trying week. I hope that next week brings new light for you. I think as women most of us have a lot of the same issues with worrying. I just had to go off of my anxiety meds when I found out I was pregnant. It's a daily struggle but I have learned so much about myself in the process.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and get some r&r in - you need it. xoxo
I love this post. Thanks for it!
(Worrying is one of my big problems too.)
thanks for sharing all of the wonderful things you have learned this week!! The "gym-goers" thing cracked me up!
What a great post!!! Thanks for sharing!
